The Catering and Facility Maintenance Department is looking for:

Facility Cleaner/Economic Assistant (2 positions), 100% employment rate, currently placed in the Personnel Pool. Start date according to agreement.

The Catering and Facility Maintenance Department is a consolidated operation covering the entire city (including the villages of Karungi and Nikkala) as a work area. Those working in the personnel pool are assigned to various tasks depending on need. You primarily cover short-term absences, which means changing workplaces, sometimes daily.

Your responsibilities:

You will work in facility maintenance but also assist with kitchen duties in schools/preschools. You must be able to perform daily and periodic cleaning. Good planning skills and flexibility are required.

Qualifications:

• Education, good knowledge, and/or experience in facility maintenance is preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, floor care, and cleaning machines
• It is an advantage if you have education and/or experience in kitchen work
• Computer skills
• Driver's license and access to a private car are mandatory
