We are looking for a motivated and organized person to join our team in Abisko for the position of Property Manager / Cleaner.

The position runs from August 1 to September 30, 2026.

This role is an important part of keeping our operations running smoothly for the three different guest accommodations that we own and rent out.

Your main tasks will include cleaning, organizing, and coordinating the daily needs of our two houses in Abisko. The houses are used as guest accommodations for regular overnight rentals through platforms such as Booking.com.

You will also help ensure that the logistical side runs seamlessly, so that our guests always have everything they need during their stay. This includes coordinating deliveries, keeping track of cleaning and household supplies, and making sure both houses are always in top condition before arrivals.

The workload would be somewhere between 20-25%, equivalent to two days a week. Accommodation is included for the employee at a reduced cost.

Main responsibilities:

• Daily and weekly cleaning of our two properties in Abisko
• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Answering guest phone calls
• Guest relations
• Ordering and restocking cleaning supplies, bed linen, and other household items
• Preparing the houses before guest arrival and carrying out checks after departure

Qualifications:

• Attention to detail and a strong sense of order and cleanliness
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work efficiently
• Independent, responsible, and service-minded personality
• Good knowledge of English is required (Swedish is a merit)
• A category B driver’s license is a merit. A vehicle can be provided for use in the area.
