We are currently looking for an operational supervisor for our operations in Luleå. This role is perfect for you if you thrive in a varied job where you both work practically on-site and are responsible for planning, coordination, and quality in daily operations.

You will play a key role in ensuring that our corporate housing maintains a high standard and that our customers receive a professional and seamless experience. The work includes cleaning, furnishing, move-ins and move-outs, customer service, as well as coordinating a small team.

About the Role

As an operational supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring that daily operations run efficiently and maintain high quality. You combine practical work with planning and coordination, acting as a vital link between customers, employees, property owners, and suppliers.

The work takes place at several different locations and involves both independent work and close collaboration with colleagues.

Work Area: Luleå, Boden, and Skellefteå. Office/staff room in Luleå.

Responsibilities

Operational Work (approx. 60%)

• Clean corporate apartments according to company procedures and checklists.
• Conduct check-ins and welcome new customers.
• Furnish and prepare new accommodations.
• Ensure rental properties are returned to the property owner in acceptable condition upon move-out.
• Handle minor service issues and practical tasks in our accommodations.
• Serve as a role model regarding quality, service, and customer interaction.

Planning and Coordination (approx. 40%)

• Plan, schedule, and distribute daily tasks.
• Report attendance, absence, and staffing to the Operations Manager.
• Handle purchases of materials and equipment as needed.
• Contribute to the development of routines, checklists, and working methods.
• Act as the contact person for customers regarding practical issues and service matters.
• Act as the contact person for property managers, building caretakers, and suppliers.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in cleaning and facility maintenance. Preferably combined with experience in service, hospitality, or property management.
• Enjoys practical work and likes creating order and structure.
• Is accustomed to taking responsibility and can plan, prioritize, and drive your work independently.
• Is service-oriented and has a professional attitude towards customers and partners.
• Is flexible and thrives in a role where workdays vary.
• Has good teamwork skills and contributes to a positive work climate.
• Can handle quick changes and unplanned events.
• Is solution-oriented and sees opportunities rather than obstacles.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Is computer literate and comfortable using digital tools in daily work.
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B).
