RESPONSIBILITIES

As a team leader, you support the unit manager of the cleaning service in planning the daily work for a team of approximately 50 cleaners. You assist with scheduling, hire temporary staff as needed, and ensure that ongoing operations run smoothly. You are involved in recruitment, follow-up of our assignments, as well as professional and competence development. You also contribute your knowledge within cleaning services, for example, in new assignments and new construction projects.

You are proactive, work in a structured manner, and easily maintain focus on quality and goals. You can take initiative, propose improvements, and develop routines when necessary.

Since you often interact with both customers and colleagues, you need to be good at communicating, both verbally and in writing. You are also comfortable working in various digital systems, such as Microsoft 365.

We would prefer that you have experience from cleaning services and leading cleaning teams. If you have a professional certificate from SRY (Service Industry Occupational Committee), it is a plus.

You are a person who adapts easily when things change and enjoy working together with others. You build good relationships quickly and create a safe and positive atmosphere around you.
