Hällgren Nord is a growing company within demolition, remediation, and construction. We work on both small and large contracts and have high demands for quality, safety, and professionalism.

We are now establishing and strengthening our operations in Luleå and are therefore looking for more demolition workers and asbestos removers who want to become part of our team.

About the Role

As a demolition worker and asbestos remover at Hällgren Nord, you will work on varied projects within demolition, remediation, and restoration.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Selective demolition of buildings and premises
• Asbestos remediation in accordance with current laws and regulations
• Wrapping up and establishing remediation areas
• Dismantling and sorting of construction materials
• Waste management and environmental sorting
• Self-control and documentation
• Collaboration with foremen, project managers, and other professional groups

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in demolition work and/or asbestos remediation
• Are responsible, meticulous, and have a strong focus on safety
• Enjoy physical work
• Have good teamwork skills
• Want to contribute to a safe and professional workplace

Requirements

• Valid training/certification for asbestos remediation
• Valid medical certificate of fitness for work with asbestos
• Category B driver's license
• Swedish language skills (spoken and written)
