About the assignment / Om uppdraget

A family in Boden with three children (6 months, 3, and 7 years old) is seeking help with childcare 1-2 times per month. The family prefers help between 17:00-23:00, but it could also be, for example, 13:00-16:00 on a holiday. The family primarily seeks help between Friday and Sunday, but weekdays may also occur. Merit: Age 25+.

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all competency profiles and ages, so we offer individual salary setting for everyone with a high school diploma. For those still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 127.38 - 159.48 SEK/hour including vacation pay.

Upon employment as a babysitter with us, we require a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record).
