About the role

As a Cleaner, you and your colleagues play a vital role in ensuring the overall experience in our clients' premises. Together, you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and all visitors. You will primarily be responsible for cleaning the client's premises, as well as other tasks such as conference service, refilling water/coffee machines, and plant care.

The position is full-time, permanent, with an initial six-month probationary period. We may also be hiring part-time employees at a lower percentage. Start date: August 2026 or as agreed.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, attentive, responsible, and proactive. You thrive in the role of a company representative and share ISS's desire to deliver world-class service. This means you should have a high service level, a good overview of your cleaning area, and the ability to suggest improvements to the client. It is important that you are attentive to the client's needs. You have an easy time building good relationships with both clients and colleagues. Additionally, you have the ability to collaborate, as the work can be both individual and in a group.

We prefer that you have experience from service professions or industry experience. It is important that you master the Swedish language and are a Swedish citizen (a client requirement). A high school education is required.
