Kirunabostäder AB is a publicly owned housing company owned by Kiruna Municipality and is an important actor in the development of Kiruna. The company aims to contribute to strengthening and developing housing for all people in Kiruna Municipality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities involve daily cleaning of municipal properties such as preschools, schools, offices, and nursing homes, which are part of Kirunabostäder's management assignment for Kiruna Municipality. We also clean stairwells and galleries in Kirunabostäder's own housing stock.

QUALIFICATIONS

Your neatness, engagement, and good teamwork skills, combined with a positive attitude, contribute to the good service we want to deliver and to a pleasant workplace.

Since the work involves daily contact with colleagues and customers, we require that you master Swedish in both speech and writing.

A certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) from the Swedish Police Authority is required for this position. The extract will be requested in connection with any employment.

A Category B driver's license is mandatory.
