You will work in a cohesive team where your primary responsibilities are to ensure quality assurance in our work towards our customers and staff. The position is combined with tasks as a service leader and performing local cleaning services. As a service leader, you will assist the Team Leader with schedule planning, material deliveries, order management, and ensure that company routines are followed at the branch. You will receive good support from the rest of the administration within the organization, as well as from your Team Leader and Regional Manager.

In addition to your direct supervisor, the Team Leader, there is a strong organization with support within HR and quality coordination, where you, together with other employees, ensure quality and working conditions both internally and externally for the organization. Your working hours may vary. Regular working hours are between 06:00 – 15:00 or 07:00-16:00 on weekdays.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Category B driver's license
• Experience in cleaning services
• Advantageous with SRY or other equivalent education
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Solution-oriented and structured
• Good computer skills and confidence in navigating business systems
• Confidence in leading, inspiring, and motivating others
• Experience in customer service and building good relationships
