To Sodexo Transport in Luleå, we are now looking for summer substitutes for our train cleaning assignment, with the possibility of continued hourly employment after the summer.

We are looking for you who thrive in a varied and sometimes challenging environment, and who want to work with train cleaning together with us to contribute to a clean, safe, and pleasant travel experience. During the summer, there is an opportunity for higher employment, and for the right person, the employment can subsequently transition to continued hourly employment.

To thrive in the role, you need to be meticulous, flexible, and able to handle situations that sometimes arise with short notice. This could, for example, involve changes in the schedule or trains that are delayed. Then it is important to be able to think creatively and find the best solutions. You need to be able to work independently, but at the same time have good collaboration skills.

We place great emphasis on good service awareness among our employees. For us, this means that you, in addition to performing your tasks, can also meet different people in a professional manner, are sensitive to customers' needs, and can offer a smile even when the pace is high.

The work can sometimes be physically demanding, so good physical condition is an advantage.

What you will be working with:

• Cleaning and bed-making on trains
• Performing tasks in an ethical manner and in accordance with laws, collective agreements, company policies, guidelines, ethical principles, and values
• Maintaining good relationships with customers and colleagues
• Handling feedback and complaints quickly and meticulously

To apply for the position, you must:

• Have completed basic and upper secondary school
• Have good knowledge of Swedish – both spoken and written
• Be meticulous, punctual, and flexible
• Have good physical condition as the cleaning profession can sometimes be physically demanding

It is an extra plus if you:

• Have experience in professional cleaning or another service profession
• Have previous experience with hotel cleaning or professional bed-making
• Have SRY, PRYL, or equivalent education
