Counselor Position in Malmö

Are you a licensed healthcare counselor looking for a flexible assignment alongside your current job or business?

We are currently seeking a counselor for an assignment in Malmö, starting in June, with the possibility of working on an as-needed basis during the summer.

About the Assignment

The assignment involves working within a primary care setting with a scope of approximately 10% or as agreed. You will work independently with patient contacts and psychosocial support, contributing your expertise to the continued development of the operations.

Period: June 15 – August 31, 2026

Location: Malmö

Scope: Hourly employment/As needed

We are looking for someone who

• Is a licensed healthcare counselor
• Is self-sufficient in the PMO medical record system
• Has good collaboration skills and a professional approach to patients
• Thrives working independently

Meritorious Qualifications

• Experience in primary care
• Region Skåne's education for targeted health conversations
• Experience in smoking cessation or other health-promoting counseling interventions
