Who are you?

Are you a proud professional seeking new exciting challenges and wanting to develop within your profession? As a person, you are positive, receptive, and engaged with the guests' needs and wishes. Your willingness to contribute to development is great, and you have a humble demeanor. Furthermore, you are organized, responsible, and have a focus on details. You are unpretentious and step in where needed.

We are looking for someone who is outgoing, easily creates personal contact with guests quickly, and is self-initiating.

Responsibilities:

• Staffing – Assists the Team Leader with staffing in the bar to meet the budgeted key figures for efficiency, and ensures staffing meets the business's needs to secure the guest experience.

• Offerings – Assists the Team Leader in ensuring the bar's offerings are interesting and aligned with the developed concept in the bar. This also includes orders and preparatory work for menu updates in the bar.

• Planning – Ensures that planning for service is done efficiently and that bookings are optimized in the best way through responsibility distribution within the team. Includes ensuring prep work, service work, and post-service work.

• Collaboration – The Head Bartender ensures a good willingness to collaborate within the bar's team but also with employees in other departments. All employees at Steam work towards the same common goal – "creating regulars" and "creating world-class experiences". As Head Bartender, you have great responsibility in your specific bar but are also an ambassador for all of Steam's bars.

• Good ability to work independently and in a team
• Genuine love for food and drink
• Good communication skills
• Flexible with working hours, evenings, and weekends
• Positive attitude and a professional approach

About the position

Varying working hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Employment type: Full-time 100%. Salary: Salary according to agreement.
