About Us

Ramnäs Hotel & Conference is a charming small hotel in the beautiful nature of Västmanland, featuring 45 rooms and facilities for both lodging guests and conference groups. We are known for our highly appreciated breakfast buffet and our personal service. We are now looking to develop our dining room by offering fusion cuisine with flavors from different cultures – and we are seeking chefs with roots in Asian cuisine who want to be part of this journey.

About the Role

As a chef with us, you will:

• Prepare the breakfast buffet for our guests
• Create lunch and dinner dishes inspired by Asia and other parts of the world
• Contribute your own recipes and ideas to develop the menu
• Work both independently and in collaboration with the rest of the staff
• Ensure high standards of hygiene and quality in the kitchen

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in cooking, preferably from an Asian restaurant or hotel kitchen
• Is creative and curious about blending traditional Asian flavors with Swedish ingredients
• Thrives in a small workplace with close collaboration
• Has a strong work ethic and can work efficiently during both calm and busy periods
• Speaks English or Swedish (not a requirement)
