THE ROLE As a cook or sous-chef, you ensure that your station is clean and tidy, that prep is done, and that the delivered food is of the highest quality. You are open and adaptable in the workplace. You are confident, see solutions, and identify potential paths forward for the guest and employee journey. You are structured, orderly, and maintain the high standards that are sought after.

The role also includes personnel responsibility and leading daily operations, being able to order goods digitally, and ensuring that food is served according to guests' expectations. You may also act as a stand-in for the head chef during their absence.
