Job Responsibilities

As a bartender at O’Learys Västerås, your main tasks will be serving our guests in the bar. You are responsible for creating and serving drinks to our guests based on their requests, providing them with a great experience through friendly interaction and 100% service. Here, you will work as part of the team, collaborating with both serving staff and other bartender colleagues, and together you are responsible for creating a pleasant and fun atmosphere.

We are looking for you who

Are flexible in your work and have a good ability to handle stress, with no difficulty adapting to changing situations. You are detail-oriented and believe that details are important for high quality. You are perceptive as a person and attentive to what is happening around you. As a bartender here, you are part of a happy and lovely team, so we see you as a team player who can contribute to creating a strong team and good atmosphere. We would like you to have previous experience as a bartender, but it is not a requirement. You must be at least 18 years old to apply for the position.
