With us, the meal is an important part of the education, and we see food as a natural part of children's learning, health, and well-being.
We are looking for you who want to take responsibility for our kitchen and who proudly prepare nutritious, tasty, and sustainable meals for our children.
Description of the Cook Position
At our preschool, we view the meal as an important part of children's learning. Therefore, we are looking for you who enjoy meeting children in everyday life and who see the value in involving them in the kitchen's activities. This can involve, for example, talking about ingredients, sustainability, and cooking, or in various ways making the children participants in the meal's journey from raw ingredient to finished dish. You see food pedagogy as a natural part of your work and contribute to creating curiosity, joy in food, and good habits among the children.
As a cook with us, you are responsible for planning, preparing, and serving nutritious meals according to Norlandia's concept "Mat med smak" (Food with Taste). You work independently in the kitchen and have a central role in the preschool's work with health, sustainability, and joy in food.

- Responsible for the kitchen's daily operations, cleaning, and documentation
What We Offer You
At Norlandia, the meal is an important part of children's health, development, and learning. All our preschool kitchens are KRAV-certified, which means we work with high quality, sustainable food choices, and a large proportion of organic ingredients. We strive to create joy in food while taking responsibility for the environment and the future.
With us, you get the opportunity to work in a business where the meal is an important part of the children's day. You become part of an engaged team that works together to give the children the best conditions for learning and development.
