Team Leader Wanted for Our Burger King Restaurant!

We are looking for an engaged and motivated individual to join our team as a Team Leader. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our restaurant maintains the highest standards and customer satisfaction. You will lead, coach, and support our staff by ensuring they have the resources and tools needed to perform their duties to the best of their ability.

To qualify for the Team Leader position, you should have the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in the fast-food industry or a similar sector.
• Experience in a leadership role or similar position.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
