WOK CHEF WANTED
We are looking for a wok chef to join our kitchen specializing in Asian fusion.
At our restaurant, you will work in a fast-paced environment where quality, efficiency, and structure go hand in hand.
About the Role
You will be responsible for the wok station and play a key role in the kitchen's workflow. The position involves everything from cooking to preparation, ensuring that the kitchen maintains high standards throughout your shift.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is fast, efficient, and handles stress well
- Can manage multiple tasks simultaneously without losing focus
- Has strong planning skills and stays ahead of the curve
- Is self-motivated but works well in a team
- Has a strong work ethic and takes responsibility
Responsibilities:
- Preparing wok dishes
- Preparation and ingredient handling
- Chopping vegetables
- Ordering supplies
- Dishwashing and general kitchen duties
- Cleaning and hygiene routines
