Your responsibilities

Your primary task is to supervise, educate, and guide job seekers in a practical kitchen operation. You meet people with different experiences, knowledge levels, and prerequisites. Through a pedagogical and solution-focused approach, you support the individual's development towards work, studies, or other employment.

In this role, you work both operationally in the kitchen and with supervision. You plan and lead the daily work, distribute tasks, and ensure that the operation is conducted according to current regulations for food handling, hygiene, and working environment. Collaboration with colleagues and external actors is a natural part of the assignment.

Your qualifications

You have a completed upper secondary education, experience working as a cook, and experience in supportive work focusing on supervision, guidance, or education of adults. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, good digital competence, and a B-driver's license. If you also have knowledge of conversation methodology, experience of collaboration, and speak additional languages besides Swedish and English, we consider this a plus.

You are secure, stable, and independent, and have the ability to adapt your working methods based on changed needs and prerequisites. You are service-oriented, find it easy to collaborate, and build good relationships with people from different backgrounds. You also have pedagogical skills and can adapt your way of supervising and teaching based on the individual's needs. We also see that you have an economically aware approach and understanding of how resources are used effectively in the operation.

In connection with the interview, you need to prove your citizenship. You can do this with a passport or alternatively a certificate of residence together with an ID document. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must show that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit.
