Do you want to start your career in customer service and administration in an international and dynamic environment? Adecco is now looking for a Customer Service Administrator I for an exciting consulting assignment with our client Olink in Uppsala!
About the assignment
This is a consulting assignment via Adecco starting on June 8, 2026, with an expected end date of August 3, 2026. You will work full-time on-site at Olink in Uppsala. As a consultant at Adecco, you will be employed by us but work at our client's premises – an excellent opportunity to gain experience and develop your career!
About the role
As a Customer Service Administrator I, you will work closely with the customer service function and contribute to a positive customer experience. This is a perfect role for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to develop within administration and customer support.
Your responsibilities include:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and internal systems in a professional and efficient manner
- Handle order-related matters, returns, and service requests
- Update and maintain customer data in the company's systems
- Support problem-solving through collaboration with internal teams
- Follow established processes and service standards
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a high school diploma (post-secondary education is an advantage)
- Has good communication skills and is organized
- Has basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or CRM systems
- Is service-oriented, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
- Wants to develop within customer service and administration
