Do you want to work in a socially important operation and contribute your expertise in procurement? Manpower is now looking for an operational buyer for services for a consultancy assignment with a major player in the energy sector. You will become part of a purchasing department consisting of approximately 20 employees with varying areas of responsibility and a balanced group composition. The team is characterized by professionalism, structure, and close collaboration.

Responsibilities
In the role of operational buyer, you are responsible for the procurement of services and have daily contact with both internal requesters and external suppliers. You work with calling off and obtaining quotes for service assignments within areas such as technical consultants, maintenance staff, staffing, security functions, and guarding. You also handle service agreements and some invoice processing.

Qualifications and Profile
We are looking for you who have at least a high school education and 2–3 years of experience working as a buyer. Experience in purchasing services is an advantage. As a person, you are collaborative, solution-oriented, structured, and meticulous.

Other Information
The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, located in northern Uppland. Security clearance is required. The assignment is intended to start on August 10th and last at least until February 28, 2027.
