About the role

You will be responsible for our fish and seafood counter, handling tasks such as:

Filleting and cleaning fish
Preparing roe and other products
Displaying and developing the counter
Inspiring customers with recipes and tips
Bringing forward innovative ideas within fish and seafood
Placing orders and receiving deliveries
Sales and customer service

The role also includes working in the store's deli and salad bar as part of daily operations. Sometimes you will work alone at the counter, and sometimes you will work in pairs. We are therefore looking for someone who is self-motivated, structured, and confident in their skills.

We are looking for someone who

Has experience and good knowledge of fish and seafood
Can fillet and clean fish
Is service-oriented and inspires trust in customers
Is driven and enjoys sales
Is meticulous, stress-resistant, and structured
Enjoys helping out where needed in the store, for example with stock picking and other tasks

The position is primarily part-time, but for the right candidate, there are good opportunities for full-time work if you also have knowledge and experience in other areas of the store.
