Do you want to be part of building and taking responsibility for one of the most important building blocks in a growing service group? We are now looking for a Master Data Manager who wants to build and maintain the structure for our data in our central systems, Salesforce and IFS. This is a new role with great opportunities to influence, where you will help create working methods, processes, and structure from scratch in a fast-paced operation with a clear growth agenda. We are currently building a common system and data platform for the entire Servly Group, where the IFS and Salesforce platforms are central components. As more companies connect to the same systems, master data becomes an increasingly important foundation for how we work – from service and operations to finance and follow-up.

About the Role

This is a new role where you will have the opportunity to build and shape the working methods for master data within Servly. You will work at the intersection of systems and business operations, ensuring that our data is correct, consistent, and usable in our central systems.

The role has a group-wide perspective. You own the structure regarding customers, service objects, articles, and price lists, and serve as Servly's contact point for data matters towards the parent company, KEYTO Group. You are expected not only to maintain data but also to drive governance and make or escalate decisions when companies need to coordinate, for example, definitions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own and maintain master data in IFS and Salesforce — customers, service objects, articles, and price lists.
2. Define data models, rules, and processes for data entry, data ownership, and maintenance in collaboration with system administrators and the business.
3. Ensure high and measurable data quality through ongoing deduplication, standardization, validation, and root cause analysis.
4. Set up validation rules and automated controls to capture data quality issues at the source.
5. Document master data definitions, processes, and decision rules so they are understandable and accessible to the business.
6. Lead master data work during the acquisition of new companies — data inventory, cleansing, migration, and onboarding into shared systems.
7. Collaborate with IT regarding data migrations, system upgrades, and integrations.
8. Serve as Servly's contact point for master data matters towards KEYTO Group.

Your Profile

As a person, you are meticulous and structured, understanding that small errors in data can have significant consequences. You thrive working independently and shaping working methods and structures from the ground up. You have an analytical ability to see patterns in data, identify root causes of quality issues, and translate them into concrete actions. You are also motivated by improving working methods and introducing more sustainable structures where needed.

Key Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience working with master data, system administration, or data quality.
• Experience with ERP, FSM, or CRM systems such as IFS, Salesforce, or similar.
• Good understanding of how data connects and synchronizes between different systems.
• Analytical skills and experience working with data in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SQL.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deeper experience with IFS or Salesforce, for example as an admin or superuser.
• Experience building master data processes in a new or changing environment with many stakeholders.
• Experience with data modeling and databases, preferably with SQL skills.
• Certification or training related to IFS or Salesforce.
