We are looking for a Senior Coordinating Data Analyst for a long-term and business-critical consulting assignment within data platforms, information flows, real-time data, integrations, and monitoring. This role is ideal for you who are accustomed to working closely with business operations, IT, suppliers, and external parties, and who thrive in a coordinating role where data quality, testing, analysis, and monitoring are central.

The assignment involves working in environments with large volumes of data, multiple systems, complex integrations, and real-time or near real-time data. You will contribute to ensuring stable and reliable data flows from requirements definition and development to testing, deployment, and monitoring in production.

About the Assignment

In the role of Coordinating Data Analyst, you will work on coordinating and monitoring data deliveries, integrations, and information flows. You will play a central role in identifying deviations, coordinating testing activities, ensuring data quality, and producing analyses and decision support related to KPIs and monitoring.

The work is cross-functional, carried out together with business operations, IT, external suppliers, and other stakeholders. The role requires analytical skills, technical understanding, and strong coordination abilities.

Example of Responsibilities

• Coordinate work related to data quality, testing, and production deployment.
• Monitor and analyze data deliveries, integrations, and information flows.
• Identify, analyze, and monitor deviations and incidents related to data flows.
• Coordinate work between business operations, IT, suppliers, and external parties.
• Participate in requirements gathering and specification for BI, analytics, and integration solutions.
• Ensure that data quality is sufficient for analysis, reporting, and monitoring.
• Contribute to changes, implementations, and deployments where data and integrations are affected.
• Produce analyses, monitoring reports, and decision support related to KPIs and data quality.
• Document working methods, deviations, and improvement proposals.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of documented experience in data analysis, data modeling, or data flow management.
• Experience must include work in cloud-based data platforms or data lake environments.
• At least 2 previous assignments where you worked with managing, monitoring, or coordinating data flows, including real-time or near real-time data.
• Experience with integrations between systems and/or external parties.
• At least 5 years of documented experience with BI tools such as Power BI or equivalent.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and data models.
• Experience from at least 2 previous assignments involving requirements gathering, specification, and testing related to BI, analytics, or integration solutions.
• At least 3 years of documented experience working with data quality, KPIs, monitoring, and managing deviations in data platforms.
• Strong ability to coordinate between multiple parties, such as business operations, IT, suppliers, and external actors.
• Very good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Xray or similar test management plugins for Jira.
• Experience with testing in public transport, transport, logistics, or other real-time-based systems.
• Experience working in environments with business-critical data flows.
• Experience supporting major changes, deployments, or implementations where data, integrations, and data quality are affected.
• Experience working with multiple external suppliers and complex system landscapes.

Workplace and Scope

• Scope: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Start date: August 4, 2026.
• End date: December 31, 2028, with the possibility of extension for an additional 2 years.
• Location: Stockholm, with the workplace on Kungsholmen.
• Working style: Hybrid. Opportunities for both remote work and on-site work exist, but the distribution is determined by business needs.
• Equipment and workplace are provided at the office.
• Before the start of the assignment, a confidentiality agreement and a certificate of no conflict of interest may need to be signed.
