Municipal primary care is part of the Social Services Administration in Dals-Ed Municipality. Here, we work with introduction programs and mentoring, offering varied and independent work.

DUTIES:

As a Psychiatric Nurse in municipal primary care, you will perform all standard healthcare tasks and have patient responsibility for patients within the LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) and social psychiatry areas. You will also serve as a consultant for other patients registered in municipal primary care, providing education and support regarding various psychiatric issues.

You will collaborate closely with other professional groups.

In addition to our regular work, we have agreements with Collaborative Healthcare (Samverkande sjukvård). This means we may receive assignments via 1177, assistance assignments via Home Care, the ambulance service, or Närhälsan, as well as IVPA assignments (In Waiting For Ambulance). All staff participating in IVPA assignments must first complete a specific training course.

QUALIFICATIONS:

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse with specialist education in psychiatry.

You should have:

• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work both independently and in teams
• A pedagogical and person-centered approach
• Ability to plan and structure your work
• Good proficiency in Swedish and computer skills for documentation
• A B-driver's license for cars with manual transmission

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability. Experience in similar work and supervisor training is considered an advantage.
