We are looking for you who have several years of experience working in various types of kitchens, preferably with a focus on catering or large-scale kitchens. You are accustomed to working both independently and in a team, and have a solution-oriented and quality-conscious approach to work. As a person, you are positive, flexible, and thrive in a dynamic and varied work environment.
We would appreciate it if you have experience planning and producing large meal volumes within large-scale kitchens or catering operations. You have a genuine interest in cooking with a focus on vegetarian and organic food, and experience working with tofu is a plus.
It is particularly advantageous if you have experience in manufacturing traditional Chinese tofu as well as developing new tofu-based products. Knowledge of the Chinese language is also seen as an advantage.
The position may involve shift work as needed.
