Aerospace Systems is facing exciting and challenging assignments and is now looking for a driven and positive Procurement Support to join our Contract & Sourcing department. The department is responsible for procurement as well as parts of business development, and we work in close collaboration between the business units we support and the procurement processes.

We are looking for you who can support us and our department in our daily work. Within Strategic Procurement, we are responsible, among other things, for ensuring that suppliers adhere to our contracts and commercial terms, developing new and existing suppliers, and maintaining and improving the cost picture for materials in our business.

We currently have about 15 employees, and our work is characterized by both internal contacts here at Saab and external contacts with our suppliers and customers. The role of Procurement Support includes both purely administrative tasks, such as travel bookings and preparations for visits, but the main focus is on contributing to the business through article and supplier maintenance in our business system, economic follow-up for the department, and acting as the contact person and owner of our supplier portal.

• Economic follow-up of the section's line budget
• Supplier and article maintenance in our business system
• Coordination in our work environment activities
• Owner and support for our supplier portals
• Participation in the introduction of new employees
• Travel bookings and visit management
• Meeting and decision management
• Contract follow-up and archiving
• Preparing presentation materials

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are a team player, service-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, while understanding the importance of your contribution to the team's (department's) performance. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities; you need to be unpretentious, proactive, and enjoy contributing by making life easier for the department as a whole. Since your daily work will involve many contact surfaces, your communication skills and social competence will be highly valued.

We would appreciate experience in a similar role, and it would be an advantage if you are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint to facilitate and streamline your daily work. As our suppliers are located all over the world, you must, in addition to Swedish, feel comfortable expressing yourself in English, both orally and in writing.

The position requires you to undergo and pass the security clearance assessment according to current regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
