Lindevalls Industri and TEKONF are two well-established companies within technical garment manufacturing and textile production. Together, we are now a growing industrial group with operations in Östersund and a strong position in sectors such as the defense industry, healthcare, and manufacturing.

We are embarking on an exciting transition to a new business system, where Monitor ERP will be implemented as our common platform. Therefore, we are now looking for a Data Coordinator who wants to ensure that the right information is carried along on this journey.

As a Data Coordinator, you will play a central role in the project, working closely with operations, project management, and external vendors. Your task will be to create structure, ensure data quality, and coordinate the work surrounding the migration to our new business system.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Planning and coordinating data migration.

• Mapping and quality assurance of data.

• Documentation of processes and information flows.

• Collaboration with operations and system vendors.

• Testing and verification prior to go-live.

We are looking for someone who enjoys structure, development, and change. You are curious, solution-oriented, and enjoy collaborating with others to achieve common goals.

You might currently work with business systems, business development, production, finance, planning, or IT administration. The most important thing for us is not your exact current title, but rather your interest in data, processes, and business development.

• Experience with business systems or operations-adjacent system work.

• Strong administrative and analytical skills.

• A structured working method and a sense for quality.

• Good proficiency in Swedish and English.

• Experience with data migration or system changes.

• Experience with ERP systems, such as Garp or Monitor.

• Knowledge of Excel, SQL, or database management.

• Experience from the manufacturing industry.
