Cook Wanted for Pickwick Pub & Restaurant
Pickwick Pub & Restaurant in central Stockholm is now looking for an experienced and dedicated cook to join our kitchen team.
We serve both classic Swedish home cooking and international dishes, with lunch and à la carte service every day of the week. The pace here is fast, especially during the summer months, so we are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic work environment.
We are looking for you who:
- Have at least 4 years of experience working in both hot and cold kitchens
- Are responsible, punctual, and willing to work hard
- Have a passion for cooking and the culinary profession
- Are creative and eager to contribute new ideas
- Enjoy working in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
- Can work structured even under high pressure
Responsibilities:
- Preparing lunch and à la carte dishes
- Working at the pass, grill, stove, and in the cold kitchen
- Preparing starters and desserts
- Preparation and mise en place before service
- Ensuring order, cleanliness, and quality in the kitchen
