Your Role

As an Enrolled Nurse at the Bälinge health centre, you have an important role at our clinic. Your duties range from administrative tasks, such as managing waiting lists and ordering materials, to patient contact, both at the clinic and during home visits. As an Enrolled Nurse, you collaborate closely with two district nurses and two doctors. It is important to us that patients feel safe and cared for, where your role plays a central part.

As an Enrolled Nurse, you are responsible for the clinic's lab and sample collection. Assisting doctors and running your own Enrolled Nurse clinic is part of the work in Bälinge. Bälinge has a close collaboration with its main health centre, Svartbäcken, where there are three Enrolled Nurse colleagues you have professional meetings with and can consult with when needed. Even though the clinic is small, you are never alone.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a trained Enrolled Nurse with proof of protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen) and have experience from primary care or working in your own clinic. We place great importance on personal qualities and want you to be meticulous, positive, driven, flexible, and accustomed to prioritizing in daily work. It is important that you have a high sense of service and want to work with patient contact. In addition, we want your ability to collaborate to be good and that you enjoy working in a team. Previous experience with Cosmic and familiarity with sample collection work is meritorious.

Our Operations

The clinic in Bälinge belongs to Svartbäcken Health Centre, which has approximately 18,800 registered patients and approximately 78 employees, where all professional roles within the health centre's mandate are represented. Our patients are both young and old who live in the area or in the surrounding countryside. In addition to the branch in Bälinge, we also have a district nurse clinic in Björklinge.
