Are you a nurse with a passion for diabetes care looking for a permanent position in a supportive and professional environment? Gottsunda Health Centre is currently seeking a specialist nurse or registered nurse with diabetes competence for a full-time, permanent position.
Your Role
As a diabetes nurse at our centre, you will have your own clinic where you educate patients on diabetes and self-care, provide information on diabetes aids, and offer telephone advice. You will also handle appointment booking and manage cases via digital services.
You will work independently as a key member of our diabetes team, which consists of district physicians, dietitians, and physiotherapists. Your work is evidence-based, focusing on helping, treating, and advising patients. In addition to working at the diabetes clinic, you will participate in general outpatient care at the health centre and assist with 1177 Direct services when needed.
Your Qualifications and Profile
We are looking for you who are a specialist nurse with a focus on diabetes care or a registered nurse with competence in diabetes. Previous experience working with diabetes patients is considered an advantage.
The role requires you to be flexible in your working methods, take overall responsibility, and have a strong desire to continuously develop the practice with the patient in focus. We place great emphasis on personal qualities and are looking for someone who thrives in an environment characterized by collaboration and care.
Our Operations

Many of our patients come from different countries and cultures, which makes the work particularly varied and interesting. We value accessibility, long-term commitment, and continuity. We have a good collaboration between professions, helping each other in daily tasks. You will be welcomed to a workplace characterized by warmth, care, and professional pride.

We offer a permanent, full-time position with a start date as soon as possible, ideally August 15th, or by agreement.
