About the position

Meliva Kungshörnet is a health center with a holistic perspective, conveniently located near public transport and green areas. Here, dedicated doctors, nurses, psychologists, and assistant nurses work in a professional team focused on the patient's best interests.

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse with good computer skills and experience in outpatient care. You have specialist education or standalone courses in diabetes. If you have previous experience working in diabetes care.

At our clinic, you work together with other professional categories. As a diabetes nurse, you plan your own clinic visits and conduct follow-up appointments and telephone availability. The work also requires educational efforts for these patients. You meet patients of all ages and handle everything from acute symptoms to follow-up on chronic conditions. You become a key person in our work with preventive and health-promoting measures through project planning, assessments, and lifestyle counseling.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a registered nurse with specialist education in diabetes – preferably with 2–3 years of experience in primary care
• Have good communication skills, are empathetic, and receptive
• Work independently and structured but thrive in a team
• Want to participate in digital healthcare processes and innovation
• Have an interest in health-promoting working methods and lifestyle work
• Are flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented
