We at Randstad are currently looking for concrete workers for our well-known client in Uddevalla.
Your Employment and Career Path
You will be employed as a consultant through Randstad and work on-site at our client's premises. Working hours are during the day, 07:00–16:00.
This assignment offers you a unique opportunity to potentially secure permanent employment with the client company in the long run. The assignment initially falls under our rental operations, but for the right person with the right attitude and performance, there are good chances of recruitment after a period.

Responsibilities
As a concrete worker, you will be part of a work team where collaboration and communication are key success factors, although independent work is also required.
Your main tasks include:
- Manufacturing concrete products according to drawings and in ready-made molds.
- Active participation in high-tempo production.
- Physical work where you enjoy using your body (although heavy lifting is not necessarily required).
You are expected to thrive in a fast-paced environment and not be afraid to get your hands dirty.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience/knowledge from the manufacturing industry. (Required)
- Has a strong work ethic and high engagement/motivation. (Required)
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. (Required)
- Thrives in a work environment involving physical labor and good team spirit.
- Is a team player who enjoys doing the hard work, is receptive, flexible, and patient.
- Has a positive attitude, is self-motivated, and is diligent regarding time and safety.
- Can look beyond the immediate task, see the bigger picture, and is proactive in their work.
- Has good collaboration skills, as the role may involve many contacts.
Merits:
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Valid Traverskort (Crane/Slings operator certificate).
