Do you want to work with relationship-driven B2B sales in a modern and inspiring environment? We are now looking for an Outside Sales Representative who wants to create new business, build long-term customer relationships, and contribute to continued growth within coworking and flexible office solutions.
About the role 🌟In the role of Outside Sales Representative, you are responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with companies, and guiding customers through the entire sales process. You will become a key ambassador for the business and help companies find the right solution for their needs regarding workspace, meeting areas, and community.

Your responsibilities 📝- Identify and contact new potential corporate clients
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and site tours
- Assess customer needs and present relevant solutions
- Negotiate terms and sign contracts
- Build and develop long-term customer relationships
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high customer experience
- Work towards clear sales targets and budget
- Active processing of new prospects and companies
- Completed client meetings and tours according to set goals
- New memberships and business contracts
- High customer satisfaction and long-term customer relationships
- Contribute to the continued growth of the business
- Represent the company professionally in external contexts
- Documented experience in B2B sales
- Experience in service sales or similar relationship-based sales
- Good ability to create and develop customer relationships
- Experience driving business from prospecting to closing
- Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing
- Experience from coworking, office solutions, or property-related services
- Experience in network sales and event-driven sales
- Experience with CRM systems
- Established network within Stockholm business life
