We at Attendo are now looking for a registered nurse for a regional position in Skåne.
About the role
As a regional nurse with us, you are responsible for designing and implementing tasks within the region in a productive and efficient manner based on current goals, strategies, and other guidelines.
As a nurse at Attendo, you are significant and your competence is highly valued. The nurse is a key person and has a leading function in Attendo's operations. Three competence areas are emphasized especially for nurses working at Attendo: care, leadership, and development. These competence areas should be permeated by a holistic view and an ethical approach from a patient safety perspective. The nurse's main responsibility is to organize care in the best possible way and mentor employees in health and medical issues.
The work is independent, but you have access to many competent colleagues in our nurse networks as well as a nurse colleague with a regional assignment.
Main responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for tasks and assignments, monitor the external environment, and develop current operations based on specific needs.
- Participate in the start-up and closure of operations from a health and medical perspective. Integrate new operations into Attendo's working methods.
- Drive development work based on evidence-based practice and help lead development projects related to health and medical care.
- Lead and design patient safety work and care work based on the best available knowledge.
- Contribute to operational planning and follow-up of health and medical care work in collaboration with regional management and the medically responsible nurse (MAS).
- Critically reflect on existing routines and methods and inspire dialogue regarding the introduction of new knowledge.
- Ability to independently analyze strengths and weaknesses in one's own professional competence and engage in personal and professional competence development.
- Responsible for mentoring, introduction, education, and competence development of nurses in the region.
- Participate in investigator networks, conduct investigations according to investigator methodology and follow-up of serious incidents, and draw up action and action plans.
- Replace nurses in the region during short and long-term absences.
- Perform tasks of a varying nature on behalf of regional management.

Since the nurse has a leading function, you should possess advanced organizational skills and be able to collaborate, lead, and mentor in care work to create high-quality care for those living with us.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Registered nurse.
- At least three years of professional experience, preferably within elderly care.
- Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both in speech and writing.
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
Meritorious if you additionally have:
- Experience from working in private care operations.
- Experience in mentoring.
- Education in geriatrics or district nursing.
