What will you work with? As a property technician, you will work broadly and variably within property-related services in a dynamic environment. You will belong to a team that has good cooperation between competencies in a supportive, pleasant and inclusive work culture.

Your tasks as a maintenance technician include:

• Performing ongoing rounds, supervision and maintenance of properties
• Ensuring that fault reports are carried out on time and with the right need/knowledge
• Communicating with subcontractors and Coor's own personnel, orally and in writing
• Participating in the establishment and follow-up of maintenance plans and improvement proposals
• Making risk assessments in the work environment and coming up with development proposals
• Performing task-based work beyond the contract
• Being customer-focused and having a business-like good customer relationship

You are a secure and social person who contributes to a good atmosphere in the team and has a positive and responsive communication with employees, customers and subcontractors. You work in a structured and meticulous manner.

We are looking for you who have:

• Education in property/maintenance technology or equivalent experience
• Category B driver's license
• Good computer and system skills
• Good ability in speech and writing in Swedish
• Good understanding of English

It is meritorious if you have:

• Work experience in maintenance technology
• Experience with electricity, control and regulation, ventilation and cooling, plumbing and HVAC installations
• Training in scissor lift, fall protection training, forklift license, hot work, plant operator or other relevant areas
