About the role We are looking for a warehouse resource for a government agency in Linköping! In this role, you will work in the daily operational flow, where tasks include, among other things, receiving and dispatching goods, picking, and packing. You will also be responsible for packing various sets and bags with contents.

Furthermore, the role may involve some administrative tasks, such as handling receipts and invoices in the accounting system.

Assignment period and scope: The Warehouse Resource position is a full-time consultancy assignment starting on 2026-08-01 and is expected to last until 2027-01-31. There is a possibility of extension until 2027-06-30.

Working hours will be 07:00–16:00.

Requirements for the position: • Completed and approved upper secondary education • Swedish citizenship • At least one year of work experience in warehouse management (receipts, picking, packing, dispatch) • Good computer skills with proficiency in the Office suite • Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written • Category B driver's license (manual transmission) • Forklift license A1–A4

Security-cleared assignment Please note that this assignment is security-cleared, as the agency conducts security-sensitive operations. Therefore, a security check, including a background check, will be conducted on the final candidate. The candidate will also undergo a security clearance process.
