Do you want to work in a production where operational reliability, quality, and pace are crucial? We are now looking for an Industrial Electrician for a manufacturing company where you will be responsible for ensuring the production runs smoothly every day.

About the role

As an Industrial Electrician, you are responsible for keeping the production running without unnecessary stoppages. The role involves preventing, identifying, and correcting faults in equipment and systems. You work closely with the production team and play a key part in ensuring stable operations. When something goes wrong, you are expected to quickly analyze the cause and take action to return the production to normal operation. The position includes both planned maintenance and emergency interventions. You will also participate in improvement work to reduce disruptions and increase production availability over time.

The position is full-time with working hours 07:00–16:00 and on-call duty every 5th week.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure production runs smoothly through ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting
• Prevent operational disruptions through planned maintenance
• Identify causes of stoppages and implement corrective actions
• Perform troubleshooting within electrical systems, control systems, and machinery
• Contribute to improvement work for increased operational reliability
• Document implemented measures and follow up on results

Who are you?

You have experience working as an Industrial Electrician in a production environment and are accustomed to working close to operations. You handle troubleshooting with confidence and have a good understanding of how production and technology intersect. When things don't work, you take responsibility, work systematically, and drive the work toward a solution. Your approach is characterized by precision, a solution-oriented mindset, and a natural drive to get things working.

Your background

• Experience as an Industrial Electrician or similar role within production
• Knowledge of electricity, automation, or control systems
• Experience troubleshooting production equipment
• Good proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written)
