About the role

As an Electrical and Instrument Technician with us, you will play a key role in ensuring the operational safety and development of our facility. You will work both operationally and preventively with maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of our production systems.

Responsibilities

• Preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and instrument equipment
• Troubleshooting and repair of control systems, sensors, and process equipment
• Calibration and control of measuring instruments
• Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment
• Work closely with production, maintenance, and technical teams
• Actively contribute to improvement work and increased operational safety
• Ensure compliance with current electrical standards and regulations, and update documentation
• On-call duty is included in the role (approximately every 6th week)

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Upper secondary education in electricity, automation, or equivalent
• Experience in industrial maintenance, preferably within process industry
• Knowledge in electricity and instrumentation
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and instrument drawings
• Good problem-solving skills and a structured work approach
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with control systems (e.g., Siemens, ABB, or similar)
• Certification in electricity or instrumentation
• Experience in ATEX environments
• Knowledge of PLC systems
