We are now looking for a Property Technician/Maintenance Worker who wants to help take care of both our beautiful facility and the people who visit us. The position can be adjusted between 50–100% and starts according to agreement, depending on your preferences and circumstances.

Who are you?

We believe you are a person who enjoys fixing things. You notice when something needs to be done and do not hesitate to take charge. Perhaps you have worked with property maintenance before, or maybe you come from the construction, service, or trade industries. However, the most important thing for us is not exactly what is on your CV – but who you are as a person.

We value personality highly and are looking for someone who wants to truly become part of our team. You are positive, responsible, helpful, and enjoy having many different tasks during a workday.

What will you do?

As a Property Technician with us, you play an important role in keeping the hotel, spa, conference facility, and our outdoor areas in top condition.

The duties include, among other things:

• Simple repairs and maintenance
• Supervision of hotel rooms, conference rooms, and common areas
• Troubleshooting and practical solutions in everyday life
• Contact with external contractors when needed
• Mowing, gardening, and maintenance of our outdoor areas
• Snow clearance and ice control in winter
• Furnishing and preparations for conferences and events
• Being the person who helps out where needed

We believe you:

• Are flexible and unpretentious
• Treat guests and colleagues with respect
• Have a valid B-driver's license

Experience in property maintenance, construction, plumbing, electrical work, or similar is advantageous, but we place great emphasis on personality, commitment, and willingness to learn.
