We are now looking for a Production Engineer for Saab. This is initially a consultancy assignment via Unik Resurs.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Create and maintain production preparations and work instructions.
• Conduct risk analyses and process optimization to achieve optimal production flow.
• Cross-functional collaboration with designers, quality engineers, operators, and procurement. When these teams encounter complex development areas, you will lead the work towards a solution.
• Work in close dialogue with internal and external stakeholders to ensure we meet our requirements and support a long-term production strategy.
• Create layouts and design workstations.
• Be an active party in requirement setting towards the development department and review design documentation.

Your Profile

You are educated as a Production Engineer or have equivalent competence and have a few years of work experience in production engineering.

Knowledge of Delmia and IFS ERP9 (or other preparation and business systems) is advantageous.

If you also have experience with balancing and flow simulation, it is a big plus.

We are looking for someone who is driven, independent, and a responsible team player accustomed to working against deadlines.

You have a desire to develop and are not afraid to challenge current ways of working.

You possess good communication and collaboration skills and can independently seek the information deemed necessary to carry out a task.

The position requires you to undergo and pass the security clearance checks according to current regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
