Job Responsibilities

In the role of nurse assistant, you will provide care and support based on the customer's wishes and in accordance with current decisions on personal assistance, with a strong focus on quality. Tasks include personal hygiene, assistance with meal preparation and serving, and social interaction.

Medical tasks may occur and are delegated by medically responsible staff after completion of internal training. You work with the individual's needs at the center, keeping the customer in focus.

Qualifications

• Education in Nursing and Care (Vård- och omsorgsprogrammet).
• Confidence in documentation and using various work systems.
• Fluent Swedish in speaking, writing, and reading comprehension, as the role involves contact with customers, relatives, documentation, and reading work-related information.
• Cycling is mandatory.
• Class B driver's license is required.
