About the Role

We are currently recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, a Hotel Receptionist for full-time work in Norrköping. This is a role for you who are passionate about service and want to contribute to creating a positive experience for the hotel's guests from arrival to departure.

As a Hotel Receptionist, you will become a central part of the operations and the face of the hotel. You will work in a dynamic environment where no two days are alike, and where professional customer service is crucial.

Responsibilities

The tasks may vary, but include among other things:

• Guest check-in and check-out
• Handling of bookings, emails, and phone calls
• Providing information and service to hotel guests
• Administrative tasks related to the reception
• Handling payments and cash register duties
• Collaboration with other departments to ensure a high level of service

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong service focus and professional demeanor
• Is communicative and enjoys working with people
• Is organized and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Is responsible and solution-oriented
• Has good computer skills

Previous experience is not a requirement, but we are looking for someone with a genuine interest in service and guest relations.

Advantageous

• Experience from hotels, reception, or other service roles
• Experience with booking or cash register systems
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Additional language skills

• Full-time position
• Working hours according to schedule, which may include evenings and weekends
• Location in Norrköping
• Start date according to agreement
