On Medical Ward 5, we provide care for general medical patients around the clock, with specialized expertise in nephrology and diabetes. RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nursing assistant with us, you are an important part of the team and play a central role in the daily care of patients. Together with the nurses, you plan and carry out nursing tasks to provide safe and good care for seriously ill patients.

Main Responsibilities

• Basic nursing care
• Documentation
• Catheterization
• Collecting blood samples
• Wound dressing changes
• Monitoring vital parameters using the NEWS assessment tool
• Observing problems and changes in the patient's condition and reporting to the nurse

We are looking for someone who is confident in their role, easy to collaborate with, and shows care in interactions with both patients and colleagues. You take initiative, are flexible in your daily routine, and can adapt when conditions change. With your attentiveness and positive attitude, you contribute to a good work climate and a positive experience for patients.

To succeed in this role, you need:

• Education as a nursing assistant
• Previous experience working as a nursing assistant

Experience from inpatient care, emergency care, and/or experience with catheterization and blood sampling is meritorious.
