Nurse/District Nurse for Home Healthcare in Region Gävleborg

About the Assignment

As a nurse in home healthcare, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on health and medical care interventions for patients in their own homes. Duties include, among other things:

• Medical assessments and nursing interventions
• Medication management
• Scheduled and emergency home visits
• Telephone advice
• Coordination with doctors, rehabilitation staff, and other healthcare providers
• Documentation in the medical record system Combine

You work independently with significant personal responsibility while being part of an experienced and supportive team.

We are looking for you who

Requirements:

• Are a registered nurse or district nurse
• Have at least 3 years of professional experience
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Have access to your own car for commuting to and from work
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Merits:

• Experience in home healthcare
