About the Assignment

We are currently seeking a registered nurse or district nurse for an assignment within home care in the Region of Gävleborg.

As a nurse in home care, you are responsible for healthcare interventions in the patients' home environments. Your duties include medical assessments, medication management, planned and unplanned home visits, telephone advice, and collaboration with other healthcare providers and professions.

You work independently while being part of a team consisting of nurses, district nurses, and rehabilitation staff to ensure safe and secure care for the patients.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) or District Nurse
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a nurse
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Own car for commuting to and from work
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
