Do you want to lead a growing team of software consultants while simultaneously developing our business towards future automotive and mobility technologies?

We are now looking for a Consulting Manager for Software Development who wants to take responsibility for a competent and engaged consulting team with a focus on advanced software development within the automotive and mobility sector. The role is central to our continued growth in the Stockholm region, and you will be part of the management group.

Our consultants currently work primarily in areas such as:

• Electric trucks
• Autonomous vehicles and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS)
• Engine and powertrain software
• Environmental technology solutions focusing on energy storage and energy conversion

Currently, the group's focus is on the larger automotive companies in the region, where the relationship needs to be nurtured and developed with both professionalism and long-term perspective. At the same time, it is an explicit goal to broaden the customer base and increase our presence among more actors within mobility, vehicles, defense, energy, and tech.

As Group Manager, you will have overall responsibility for:

• Leadership and development of a team of software consultants
• Customer relations and business development – both existing and new customers
• Recruitment of new colleagues to meet growing demand
• Sales work together with our Key Account Managers and other business teams
• Delivery responsibility, quality assurance, and follow-up of ongoing assignments
• Developing our in-house operations and project deliveries, so that we offer both on-site consulting services and complete projects from our own organization

The role involves significant autonomy and good opportunities to shape the group's direction and future business. We have an office located in Liljeholmen, where there are good opportunities to grow our in-house business.

Profile Description

We are looking for you who:

• Have a university education in a relevant field
• Have experience in software development within automotive, mobility, or related areas
• Have worked as a consulting manager, group manager, team lead, or project manager
• Enjoy combining leadership and business development
• Have the will and ability to recruit, coach, and build teams
• Understand the importance of nurturing key customer relationships while thinking new and expansive
• Have good communication skills and preferably an established network in the industry
