We at Mikab in Långsele are looking for an engaged spare parts salesperson who wants to become part of our team.

As a spare parts specialist, you will help our customers find the right spare parts and accessories for their John Deere forestry machinery. The role combines sales, customer service, order management, and warehouse work. You act as a crucial link between the customer, workshop, and service technician, where good service, technical interest, and a solution-oriented approach are key to success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Sales of spare parts and accessories, primarily for forestry machinery.
• Provide advice to customers via phone, email, and over the counter.
• Identify and locate the correct spare parts in catalogs and business systems.
• Handle orders, quotations, and payments (over the counter).
• Ensure good inventory management and follow up on deliveries.
• Collaborate closely with the workshop, mechanics, and machine sales team to provide the best possible service.
• Work with business and order systems.

We are looking for someone who

• Is service-oriented and enjoys customer contact.
• Has an interest in machinery or technology.
• Is organized and responsible.
• Has good computer skills.
• Is proficient in English, both spoken and written, is a plus.
