The role is based in central Sollefteå.

Your Responsibilities

As a Property Technician (Fastighetsskötare) with us, you will have a varied job involving both interior and exterior maintenance of properties. Your main tasks include:

• Supervision and maintenance of properties.
• Troubleshooting and repairs.
• Contact with tenants, suppliers, and property managers.
• Handling fault reports.
• Reporting in our digital platforms.

We are looking for someone who

• Has previous experience in property maintenance.
• Has good knowledge of property technology, such as plumbing, electrical systems, and ventilation.
• Has practical experience from carpentry, construction, or similar crafts.
• Enjoys providing service and has good communication skills.
• Has high social competence and can prioritize and structure the workday.
• Has a valid B-driver's license (required).
