We offer several treatment programs for lifestyle changes and are part of the rest of healthcare in the county. Organizationally, we belong to the Primary Care Area West. Our team includes doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, dietitians, nutritionists, psychologists, health coaches, lymph therapists, chefs, cleaning staff, maintenance, and administration. The work is carried out in line with national guidelines on the importance of lifestyle issues for health and from a cognitive approach. We are nationally leading in the work with living habits. In addition to intensive multimodal lifestyle treatments, we also hold courses and training and are involved in several projects with various partners.
The position is a permanent, full-time employment with start date as agreed.
Responsibilities
The role involves responsibility for contributing to a well-functioning, pleasant and health-promoting care environment. As a caretaker/maintenance worker with us, you will among other things:
- Perform daily inspections of premises
- Handle minor repairs and maintenance
- Maintain outdoor areas such as mowing, snow clearing, leaf collection, and some tree management
- Handle fault reports
- Be helpful with furnishing, transport, and orders
- Collaborate with colleagues, suppliers, and other operations
Qualifications
We are looking for you who
- Have experience working with property maintenance or similar work
- Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
- Have a B driver's license
- Have a tractor driver's license
It is an advantage if you
- Have a chainsaw driver's license A + B
- Have training in Hot Work
- Have completed High-Altitude Fall Protection Training
- Have experience with snow clearing with a tractor
- Are allowed to drive a wheel loader
